Whether it’s your wedding day, a love story, or time with your family, I’m there to create photographs that breathe with honesty — tender reminders of how it felt, not just how it looked. Images that will carry your love forward, becoming part of the way your story is remembered.

I feel awkward in front of the camera. Is that okay?
Absolutely. Most of my clients feel this way at first and that’s completely normal! I'm here to support you!
My approach is calm, gentle, and guided. I won’t ask you to perform or pose in a way that doesn’t feel like you. I’ll help you with simple movement, natural prompts, and small moments of connection, so you can slowly relax and just be present together.
How does the process work?
Just a few gentle notes so everything feels easy and stress-free:
After you reach out, we’ll choose the session that feels right for you, talk through location, timing, outfits, and the overall mood you have in mind.
To reserve your date, I ask for a signed agreement and a 50% retainer, with the remaining balance due on the day of your session.
Before we meet, I’ll send gentle guidance so you feel prepared but never overwhelmed. During the shoot, I’ll guide you naturally while leaving space for real moments to unfold.
Your final images will be delivered in a private online gallery, available for 3 months. Gallery delivery time depends on your package and will always be clearly listed before booking.
I’ve never had a photoshoot before. What should I expect?
No worries at all! You don’t need any experience.
I’ll be there to guide you every step of the way with simple, natural direction. You won’t have to wonder what to do with your hands or how to stand. Your only job is to slow down, be present, and enjoy the moment with the people you love.
What should I wear for my session?
Choose outfits that feel like you: comfortable, timeless, and easy to move in.
Soft textures, earthy tones, neutrals, and simple layers photograph beautifully.
After booking, I’ll send you gentle styling guidance and help you think through outfits, colors, and little details so everything feels natural and connected.
Are you available for sessions outside of Chicago?
Oh yes, I’m happy to photograph stories outside of Chicago when my schedule allows.
Travel within Chicago is included. For sessions outside the Chicago area, a travel fee may apply based on distance, location, and the time needed to get there.
What happens if it rains on the day of my outdoor shoot?
Chicago weather can be unpredictable, so I always keep an eye on the forecast before outdoor sessions.
If the weather doesn’t feel right for your session, we can either reschedule or choose a cozy indoor location instead. I’ll help you find the best option so the experience still feels calm, beautiful, and stress-free.
How do we book?
Once you choose your package, I’ll send a simple agreement and payment details for the retainer.
Your date is officially reserved after the agreement is signed and the 50% retainer is paid. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session, unless stated otherwise for weddings.
